September is Su***de Prevention Month.

Su***de prevention is a community effort, and knowing where to turn for help, for yourself or for someone you care about, can make a difference.

The Davis County Health Department has a collection of local and statewide su***de prevention and mental health resources available to our community. The page includes information about recognizing warning signs, su***de prevention training, local support services, and resources for those who may be struggling.

If you or someone you know needs support, you don't have to wait until you're in a crisis to reach out. Call or text 988 to connect with trained professionals for free, confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
