Sunrise yoga and ocean air at Kitty Hawk Pier with Wild Cat, Virginia Miller of Modern Coastal Cookery made for the perfect Outer Banks branding session. We loved capturing her calm energy and the connection between wellness, movement, and coastal living. Our girls LOVE her cooking classes and camps, she's so smart, patient, and teaches the kids all the kitchen rules while making it fun!

The soft morning light and quiet beach created such a natural setting for portraits that reflect both her personality and her work as an OBX personal chef. Branding sessions like these are a great way for local business owners to create authentic images that truly feel like them.

What a year for these two! They graduated from medical school, got engaged, and are getting ready to become wifeys for lifey! Their love story reached the sweetest new chapter with a surprise proposal on the dock in Duck, NC.

What started as a “graduation portrait session” quickly turned into the most unforgettable Outer Banks proposal! The joy, shock, happy tears, and excitement made this one so incredibly special to capture. The Outer Banks always makes magic, but this moment was truly one for the books.

It’s a treat to photograph senior portraits for the fellas — and this guy was cool as a cucumber in a bowl of hot sauce!!
We headed out to Jockey's Ridge State Park for his senior session, and he absolutely rocked it. He went with the flow, showed his personality, was up for anything, and made the entire session so much fun. Between the dunes, woods, walkways, his easygoing attitude, and perfect smile, we had a blast!
So grateful to capture this exciting season of life here in Nags Head on the beautiful Outer Banks.
