I was able to capture some traffic on the Cuyahoga River last night! Robert S. Pierson, making her first trip to Cleveland since being sold to Algoma, being assisted by G-Tug Cleveland and the Vane Brothers tug/barge combo New York/Double Skin 509A being assisted by G-Tug Puerto Rico.

American Courage, Mark W. Barker and Mckeil Spirit were all in Cleveland on May 17th, along with Paul R. Tregurtha, Federal Mayumi and the USS Cleveland. It was quite a busy day, but I got up there just in time to get a sunset.

American Courage was unloading stone at Ontario Stone.
Mark W. Barker was loaded with salt at Cargill.
McKeil Spirit was unloading cement at Heidelberg.
Paul R. Tregurtha was unloading iron ore at the Bulk Terminal.
Federal Mayumi was unloading at the Port.
USS Cleveland was preparing for her trip to Mayport, Florida.

On the evening of May 17th, American Courage finished unloading on the Old River and then pulled out and docked at Dock 20 in front of McKeil Spirit, who was unloading cement at Heidelberg Cement. Mark W. Barker, who loaded salt, followed a few moments later and departed for Detroit. Here are some of the scenes!
