Breastfeeding is freaking HARD. This is my first go around because I wasn’t able to with Mil. It’s hard but it’s so rewarding and Ind is a milk monster lol. Our days mostly look like this, and I’m okay with it. I just need to master the art or nursing in her sling so I can get back to chasing my toddler around.

I swore I was gonna get so many cute pictures of both the girls once indie was born... but this has been my life for the last 2 weeks. Indie nurses pretty much around the clock, and is already weighing over 9 lbs!! She’s a little colicky and is having lots of tummy issues that we’re trying to get worked out. She loves to be close to me & doing skin to skin with Dad. She hates her mamaroo, and her bassinet. She basically wants to be held 10892% of the time 😂 Millie has adjusted really really well! Indie and I are still working on it. I think once her belly starts feeling better, it will be smooth sailing. For now, I’ll hold my girl & give her all the cuddles she needs. 💓

Welcome to the world, baby sis! She was born this morning at 12:51 AM on her due date! Weighing 8 lbs 10 oz and 21 inches!! I had an unmedicated birth & it was the craziest experience of my life! I’m so thankful for my amazing midwives, birth team and best friend ❤️ I’m over the moon and so I love with her. Stay tuned for the name announcement a little later!

Today, I’m 39 weeks!! I had Millie at 39 weeks exactly. In fact she was already born at this time! 😅 I thought for sure baby sis was coming early but she’s just super comfy in there! ready when you are honey girl. 🌿 @ Spanish Fork, Utah

Spent the day swimming today. Millie was so unsure at first and barely wanted to be in the water but by the time we were getting ready to leave, she was a little fish. 🐠 Safe to say we will be here everyday until baby sis decides to make her debut! @ Spanish Fork, Utah
