it’s never a dull day exploring at this gorgeous state park. the weather was perfect, with a cool breeze still in the air. the animals were out and about and we saw everything from butterflies to snakes to bald eagles!🥹

The colors of a historic gulf coast trail at Blakely State Park🥹🕷️🌳🍄‍🟫🥾
These spiders were crazy hard to photograph as they blended in so well with the surroundings, so I’m very happy with the photos I was able to get!

I loved seeing the fallen leaves on the trail and boardwalks, it makes me hopeful for fall and much cooler weather that’ll be here soon!

Overall, I’m so happy we decided to go explore a section of this 22,000 acre park and I can’t wait to return and explore more! 🥹

I can’t ever pinpoint a favorite moment or photo from a nature trail; they all hold such special moments of beauty. From finding cute little mushrooms lining fallen branches, to the gorgeous view of the sunset. 🌅 I just love the unexpected moments that being out in nature can give us. 🥹📸🌲
