Heather Stokes Fine Art

Heather Stokes Fine Art Pacific Northwest Photographer always chasing and capturing light. I have lived the last 25 years in Spokane, WA 21 of those years as a full-time photographer.

Im thankful and blessed to share my work with all of you. Thank you for stopping by! ♥ Hi! It's great to meet you! With a passion for photography and a desire to be my own boss, my business was
born! During my 21 years in business, I have worked hard to refine my technical
skills and processing techniques to always provide beautiful results you can count on. My goal is to gaze upon a moment and

feel the beauty or story emerging, then capture
that through my camera lens. I want to offer that to all of you, my viewers. I spend the
majority of my time photographing landscapes, nature, and macro photography, though
my photography subjects span far beyond those few genres. Growing up in the beautiful
Pacific Northwest and living in Spokane, Washington, provides me with incredible
opportunities to photograph so much beauty! When I am not packing a bag full of camera gear around, I enjoy cooking, traveling, music, art,
gardening, volunteering, writing, animals, camping, hiking, and the outdoors. I’m a country
girl at heart, that holds a deep appreciation for the city and all the diversity it has to offer.

Some people see an old car.

I see the fingerprints of the people who built it... the miles it has traveled... the memories it carried... and the stories it could tell if it could speak.

When I photograph classic and vintage automobiles, I'm not just documenting a vehicle. I'm preserving a piece of history. I wait for the right light to reveal the curves of the bodywork, the gleam of the chrome, the texture of worn leather, and the small details that make each one unlike any other.

Every photograph in this collection began with a moment that made me stop and simply admire what was in front of me. Those moments deserve more than living on a screen.. they deserve a place on a wall where they can be enjoyed every day.

Whether you're a lifelong car enthusiast, appreciate timeless craftsmanship, or simply love artwork with character, I invite you to explore my Automotive Fine Art Gallery.

Perhaps one of these images will remind you of a first car, a parent or grandparent, a weekend spent in the garage, or a dream you've never let go of.

If one photograph brings back a memory or makes you pause for just a moment, then it has done exactly what I hoped it would.

Take a look through the gallery... you may find the perfect piece to bring that story into your home, office, or workspace.

🖼️ Fine art prints are available in multiple sizes and premium finishes, ready to become part of your own story.

K. L. Crossland Hatchery was one of Washington's significant turkey hatcheries. It was located in Grandview, Washington. From my research, it appears in federal hatchery records, the operation grew dramatically:
1949 — approximately 6,000 breeding birds
1953 — 18,000 birds
1955–1958 — approximately 25,000 birds
The hatchery was federally certified under the National Turkey Improvement Plan, meaning it could legally ship poults across state lines.
