Hi, I am Sarah Hayes and I have been taking natural light portrait images in the Spokane, Washington area since 2008. I recently upgraded my camera to a Nikon d600 which has been a dream come true for me! High school seniors, children, couples and families are my focus. Sessions are fun and laid back and I shoot a large volume of images so we can get that "perfect" one we both desire. I edit all o

Last, but my most recent shoot, the daughter of one of my closest friends. I grew up with her mama and while they reside in the Seattle area, they arranged these senior photos while in Spokane last summer. This was during the hottest spell of the year so we did these in the early morning hours - and it saved us. This gorgeous girl was a PERFECT model. She couldn't have made it easier for me.

We had two sessions with this absolutely delightful, gorgeous girl. The first with her twin brother and the second a few days later on a night when the Cheney fires were raging around their home and they even lost their garage. She and her mom were amazingly calm about it and the session continued ...and she still managed to pose like a champion for me!

Wow it has been years since I have added any images to this site - but in my defense, I have only done a very small handful of sessions in the last few years - and only for very close friends. This is because I was working full time and just didn't have the time or energy.

Going to now post a few from what I HAVE done in the last three plus years. The first is just a few college grad photos.

My first senior session of 2021. This smart, talented young man had his photos taken at a gorgeous nearby disc golf course. He keeps very busy with running start, playing in his worship band and his job. Wow. It was a fun and easy session.
