Ever wonder why we ask sellers to turn OFF ceiling fans during listing photos? 🤔
We shoot with HDR bracketing, which means we take 3 photos of the same spot at different exposures.
That’s how we get those bright interiors and crisp, clear window views.
BUT if a ceiling fan is spinning, the blades don’t line up in all 3 exposures.
Meaning, blurry, uneven fan blades that distract from the home.
✨ Fun fact: For VIDEO we actually like the fans on! A little motion adds flow and makes the home feel more alive.
