Getting to know this new scope and camera...so far, so good. AT115EDT, 0.8x AT flattener/reducer, ASI294MC Pro, ASI120MM/50mm Orion guide scope, ASIAir PrO ON Orion Sirius mount. 28x300s lights, flats, dark flats, darks processed with DSS and GIMP.

NGC6946, the Fireworks galaxy. Need more focal length for this target. This wide field view includes the open star cluster NGC6939.
The star cluster is only 5000 ly, while the galaxy is far beyond at about 22.5 million light years.
