Effective Immediately. I will no longer be booking photography shoots indefinitely.
Writing this is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. Photography and my clients have been such a huge part of my life for over 20 years. So many of you have trusted me to capture your milestones, your families, your babies, your memories — and that has meant more to me than words can ever fully express. My heart is incredibly heavy making this decision.
Since my husband was hit by a drunk driver last year, life has changed in ways I never could have imagined. The responsibilities I carry both inside and outside of our home have more than tripled, and at this point, I simply do not have the time or capacity I once did.
Please know this decision did not come lightly. I have gone back and forth with it for a long time because photography has never just been a job to me — it has been a part of who I am.
To those who are already booked for the remainder of the year, or those I have already spoken with and agreed to schedule once school calendars and other details are finalized: I will absolutely honor those commitments. I appreciate your patience, your understanding, and your kindness more than you know.
Thank you to every single person who has supported me, trusted me, and allowed me to be part of your lives over the years. I will forever be grateful.
