Spent the day teaching my one on one mentee Kayla in Spring, Texas! We started behind the camera in studio, working on lighting, posing flow, and setting the scene for a successful shoot. Then we moved behind the computer, editing and talking through pricing, blogging, client prep guides, utilizing AI for efficiency and assistance, and all the little things that help take her clients’ experience even deeper.

This is one of my favorite parts of being a photographer, getting to pour into someone else’s growth. Kayla, you already had so much talent going into today, and I loved helping you sharpen it even further. Cannot wait to see where you take this.
