Hi, friends! We figured it was time for a little re-introduction around here!

We’re Amanda + Brent — husband and wife, parents, creative partners, and the people behind Craft the Moment Party Co.

What started with a love for creating special moments for our own family grew into a business built around helping YOU celebrate yours.

Birthdays. Babies. Engagements. Weddings. Showers. Graduations. Corporate events. Milestones big and small. The “just because” moments and the once-in-a-lifetime ones. 🥹

We’re here for allllll of it.

Because we know life is busy. You have the vision, the Pinterest board, the guest list and approximately 47 other things on your plate. 😂 That’s where we come in.

We design, build, customize, deliver and install so that when the day comes, you get to actually enjoy it.

From custom backdrops and balloons to signage, florals, photo moments and all those little details that make an event feel like yours — our goal has always been to take something off your plate while making the people you love feel incredibly celebrated.

And behind every setup you see here? It’s us. A husband-and-wife team building things, painting things, loading trailers, blowing up more balloons than we can count, problem-solving on site, laughing through the chaos and somehow making it all come together. 😂

We truly believe there is always something worth celebrating — and it is such a privilege when you trust our little family business to be part of your family’s biggest moments.

How precious are these two?! A couple of days before their session, I messaged Momma and asked her to bring a bonus shirt for Dad because I had this vision in mind. I am SO glad they trusted me and went along with it because these images are everything. 🥰

We LOVE seeing the studio transformed for branding sessions, and this color drench session was absolute perfection. 💗❤️

Kari Andrews | Community Builder came in knowing exactly what she wanted — PINK + RED, the two signature colors of her brand — and Elle Belle Branding brought the vision to life beautifully.

And the best part? Two completely different color looks. ONE hour. 🙌🏻

Using our magnetic wall, they were able to hang seamless paper, shoot the first color, make a quick switch and jump right into the second. No complicated setup. No changing locations. Just come in, create, and leave with a full gallery of cohesive branding content.

What do I mean by that?

One of the greatest gifts this business has given me isn’t just the incredible clients I’ve photographed—it’s the amazing photographers and small business owners I’ve met along the way. So many of them have become true friends.

As we head into the busiest season of the year, we wanted to make it easy for you to plan your sessions and book ahead! Here’s what’s coming next at the studio:

📚 August 17 – Our Back to School setup comes down

🍂 August 18 – Our Fall Setup goes up on the back wall of the studio, bringing all the cozy autumn vibes for family, maternity, branding, and seasonal sessions

🍁 September 30 – Fall comes down to make room for our biggest transformation of the year! (Please note: the studio will not be available this day while we complete the changeover)

🎄 October 1 – December 27th- Christmas officially arrives! Our holiday sets will be up for the entire season, giving photographers plenty of time to capture everything from family portraits and children’s minis to maternity, newborn, branding, and holiday magic

❤️ December 27 – Christmas wraps up for another incredible season

We can’t wait to see all the beautiful memories you’ll create in each space! Be sure to plan ahead and reserve your favorite dates before the holiday calendar fills up.
