This wasn’t just a real estate video.

It was the preservation of over 200 years of memories.

The historic Joseph Tice House in Centerville, Ohio holds generations of stories within its limestone walls, and our goal was to create a film that helped people feel that history — not just see the home.

From antique-filled rooms and handwritten documents to layering old photographs into present-day spaces, every detail helped bring the story to life.
