Last fall I bought this at Walmart. It was late in the season so on sale. close to $130 I believe. I bake cheesecakes, but never did any grilling or smoking. Was going to ask Dennis for some pointers when it got cool enough to be outside for long periods of time. That didn't work out, so it's been in a box in my shed for 10 months. Got up this morning feeling energetic, so I put it together. About 2 1/2 hours. . . . Now what do I cook???
