Being military means finding amazing friends in such short periods of time and then saying see you later due to a pcs. This sweet family is the first to introduce themselves to us when we got to Hawaii and pulled up to our home. They’re our neighbors. We really hit the jackpot this go around with amazing neighbors that have turned into amazing friends.

The tiny hands that reach for mine, the sleepy cuddles, the giggles over the smallest things… these are the moments that feel endless right now, yet somehow slip by too quickly. Toddlerhood is messy, loud, beautiful, and fleeting all at once.
I’m learning to pause more. To soak in the chaos. To hold on a little longer. Because babies don’t keep—and neither do these little versions of who they are today.
One day, I’ll miss the toys scattered everywhere, the bedtime stories, and the way they say my name like I’m their whole world.

A week with my bestfriend and her daughter was all that my soul needed in Hawaii. We had the best week and I was sad that it had to end. How lucky am I to have a bestfriend that will buy flights to Hawaii just to visit us! Forever grateful for her and love the 30 years of friendship we’ve continued to feed and grow! ♥️

When you take a beach vacation, what’s one(or two) thing that you have to have with you? Not a need but a luxury thing that you like having.
I would have to say mine is my camera most of the time and my beach chair. I also love having my carry speaker with me for music. My boys would say #1 is boogie boards. They go everytime with or without waves 😜
