To Apply:

1. Fill out the inquiry form attached below.
2. Message me on Blink of an Eye Photography page to let me know you’ve turned in an inquiry form. Please include at least two (unfiltered) photos of yourself in the message.
3. Once a match is found, I will contact you and your match. I will help you both find a date to meet for the photoshoot and a 50% non refundable deposit ($25) will be due. The additional $25 will be due the day of the session through online payment. (Each person will pay $50 for the Blind Date Session.
