Excited to finally share my finished studio! Located at my cottage in East Springfield and giving all the warm and cozy feels. I’ve gotten to take dozens of sessions here over the last year since building it and I’m so excited that all the little details are done! This is a space that represents Gods faithfulness in my life. It’s been prayed over and carefully thought through and I’m so thankful that I’m able to continue serving my Springfield families for years to come!

10 years of getting to do exactly what the Lord called me to, 10 years of of loving on my families and couples, 10 years of Christmas cards, 10 years of Inner Images. ❤️
I often say, I don’t have a passion for photos, I have a passion for people. I love my people! As I sent off my annual Christmas cards and ornaments today, I looked through my camera roll of all the years passed. I truly can’t describe how honored and thankful I am for being able to be a part of so many lives over the years. And a part of so many Christmas trees! Merry Christmas Eve Eve 🎄❤️✨

Vegas recap ✨ with two of my favorite people!
Back in 2018 Shannon and Taylor hired me to shoot their wedding, and little did they know, I’d sn**ch em up as friends after 😜 Is this their love story, or OURS? Hard to tell. 5 years of dinner dates, check in texts, Jesus talks, and anniversary sessions later and we landed in Vegas for the vow renewal of all of our dreams - staring the real Elvis and a pink Cadillac. We decided sleep was for the weak and ran around Fremont street eating cake in the Golden Nugget and getting tatts. Followed by an early morning session in the desert at Seven Magic Mountains. Excited to share camera photos soon, but I wanted to keep these memories somewhere safe 🤍 love you S+T

I’ve watched hundreds of dads melt their tough and strong outer shells when they see their daughters on their wedding day! And I just imagine that’s exactly how our Heavenly Father feels every time one of us comes home to him. Every time one of us has a hard day or season. Every time one of us finds our life partner after patiently waiting and praying. I imagine Him telling all of His kids who never had an earthly father or who had a disappointing earthly father how that hole can only be filled by Him. And how sad He is that sin entered the world and changed His intention for love and Fatherhood. I’m so beyond blessed to have an earthly father that is driven and chases his dreams, but also constantly points us towards the truth and reality of the brokenness of this world and the joy that is heaven. A dad that gives to everyone around him until he has nothing else. A dad that shows up every week like clockwork to sacrifice his time to mow my yard. I love you dad! Happy Father’s Day to the dads that show Gods heavenly love and mercy on earth, the ones that would do anything for their kids and the ones that constantly sacrifice! And to the dads that that wished they had another chance or the men who desire to be a dad but haven’t gotten a chance or the kids who wished they had a dad and have to work through the emotional realities of their absence, there’s so much joy and freedom in our Heavenly Father! When it doesn’t feel real, I love to relive these wedding moments and remind myself that this is exactly how God sees us. 🤍 Happy Fathers Day!

Mom and I got the props in their place yesterday. I went earlier this week and grabbed some things from my studio storage unit to fill out the space and it’s definitely starting to come together! There’s outlet covers on all the outlets and I’m hanging a newborn wrap rack and doing a fun diy ceiling clothing rack today for my client closet. I’ll add more cozy details as time passes, but I’m excited to finally have this space functional 👏🏼

The definition of when couples become my friends! It has been the sweetest month getting to photograph so many of my long time clients. 🫶🏼 Shannon and Taylor have been with me since 2019 and through all the years of deep convos, dinners, and shoots, I’m always so thankful for the friendship we’ve formed through getting to photograph their engagement and wedding.
