And just like that, you’re empty nesters. You’ve had the most important job as parents for several decades of your life. You’re sending off your kids into the wild, and sitting back wondering- did we do everything we could to prepare them? Are they going to be ok? You’ll always wonder that, and always worry, but you’ll find so much joy during this time seeing them through a different lens as adults. If you’ve stuck with me today, as I’ve posted all my sneak peeks, thank you- it really is humbling for me to look back at how many milestones in your lives you’ve invited me to be a part of. I’m so grateful to get to do this job.

Time flies by so fast. One day you’re swaddling them and feeding them every few hours and wondering what they will grow up to be like- and in a blink of an eye they develop a personality and smile and laugh and run all over the house! Celebrating baby’s first year isn’t just about celebrating them- it’s about celebrating you as parents too! You made it through the sleepless nights, and deciphering the newborn cries. You helped them grow and now you get to see who they really become!
