How much time do you actually need at the temple for pictures?
When I’m going over the timeline with couples, I tend to steer them towards an hour and a half. This gives a little flexibility to the family pictures time, and things popping up that take a little longer than you had planned. (Something usually does..)
Don’t worry, I am ALL about cruising through the family list though! Grandma is honestly the first to get checked off so she can rest in the shade! On average for me families take about 30 minutes. Which is great because most family members don’t want to be there longer than that. 🤣
Then we move on to bridal party, and everyone else leaves while we slow things down and take bridals on the property for the rest of the time.
The most important thing to remember though is that it is YOUR day. You are in charge. Don’t let the stress of moving on to the luncheon rush you too much so you don’t get the images you’d like. Take a minute, soak it in, and remember to enjoy it! 🫶🏻
