Welcome to Madison Jewel Collective.

What began as Madison Jewel Photography has grown into something bigger, a creative space where photography, branding, creative direction, and visual storytelling come together.

I’m Madison Jewel, a photographer, creative director, and storyteller. I believe everyone has a story, a vision, and a presence worth bringing to life.

The Collective is for individuals, creatives, entrepreneurs, small businesses, brands, and anyone with an idea worth creating. Whether you’re looking to refresh your brand, create intentional content, step in front of the camera, or bring a creative concept to life, there’s space for you here.

A NOTE ON HOW I’LL BE HANDLING CHILDREN’S IMAGES MOVING FORWARD 🤍

I’ll be going through my existing public business pages & removing images that feature identifiable children.

I have also updated my client contracts moving forward. While my contracts allow me permission to use the images I photograph for portfolio & marketing purposes, children’s faces will no longer be publicly identifiable.

If I choose to share an image featuring a child, their face will be covered with a heart graphic, floral graphic, or another intentional design so that they cannot be identified.

As for my website, I’ll be working on moving my family photography galleries to a private, password-protected page. This will allow families who are considering booking with me to request access & view examples of my family work without those images being publicly accessible to anyone on the internet.

This is a change I’m making because I believe protecting children has to take priority over marketing.

I know that means changing the way I have operated my business for years. I know it means some of my favorite images may no longer be displayed publicly.

I’m okay with that.

Because these aren’t just photographs, they are someone’s babies.

As a photographer, I have been trusted with some of the most intimate & meaningful moments in people’s lives. I don’t take that trust lightly.

As a mother, I understand even more deeply that the responsibility to protect children belongs to all of us.

So I’m choosing to be on THIS side of protection.

I encourage other photographers, businesses, & especially parents to consider doing the same.

We may not be able to control what happens to an image once it exists online, but we can be more intentional about what we choose to put into the world.

Our children deserve that intentionality. 🤍

I’m SO excited that Bloom is just TWO WEEKS away. 🌸💕

Bloom holds such a special place in my heart because it was the first festival I ever had the opportunity to photograph a few years ago.

I walked into that weekend not really knowing what to expect + walked away having met some of the most incredible women.

Some of those connections have continued to grow over the years + it’s so special to now be returning to Bloom and getting to capture this experience again. 🥹

As an Empowerment Photographer, spaces like this mean so much to me.

My work has always been about more than just taking beautiful photographs. It’s about creating a space where women can reconnect with themselves, celebrate their bodies, feel seen, + remember just how powerful they are. ✨

Bloom is SO much of that.

A weekend filled with healing, connection, music, dancing, creativity, community, + women coming together to pour back into themselves. 🌿🌸
