Rachael and Ryan are the sweetest and I can't wait for their wedding this fall! I love couples that aren't afraid to be themselves, these guys are exactly that! Between jumping and clicking their heels, being pros on their first dip kiss and their passion for nature (both plants and wildlife), these guys have so much personality, and I'm so excited to celebrate their forever love!

A few of Kayla's beautiful details!
A little bit about what's coming up in our world: My husband has accepted a new job offer we are super excited about! We did deliberate on accepting because it's going to make the next few weeks really difficult, but we're hoping it's worth it! This does mean he will be out of town training for over half the week for two months. For me, this means that I'm going to be slammed all June, between weddings every Saturday, editing, responding, being the only parent available for Emmett, working from sun up to sometimes 2am, and taking care of our house and our very very many pets. This Sunday I'll be touching base with all my couples, Fall timelines will be drafted Sunday for anyone that's turned in their questionaires, and response times may be closer to 48 hours for June rather than my typical "within 24 hours". Please be patient with me, as I navigate these couple months of adjusting to our temporary normal!

Thank you to everyone that came to see us at the bridal expo today! Nik and I loved meeting everyone! It's been pretty hectic since we got the booth packed up and started responding and packing for my trip, so I'll be doing the expo raffle for the lifestyle session in the morning!

April was absolutely Insane for me, and May and June will probably be just as hectic, but I wanted to check in to social media and share some of what's going on in our world over here!

Emmett turned ONE! Which is absolutely insane to me. I cannot believe we have a one year old now. Were so blessed and thankful for all the friends and family that came to celebrate with us! (I was hoping to have his brithday photos edited a couple weeks ago, but as things go, my photos go to the back of the list as clients take priority, so we've got one birthday photo edited 🤣)

On Sunday we will be back at Missouri Bridal and Wedding Expo, so come on down if you're interested in talking in person, looking through a couple albums!

And Early next week I'll be traveling to Colorado for a couple of sessions!

I've been working insanely hard behind the scenes for my new branch of photography - motherhood and family. You can check that out here as I'll be updating it more frequently now that it's up and running!

Hi! I am about two days behind on messages and galleries due to a pretty heavy workload the past two weeks, getting business taxes organized and squared away, along with lots of changes in nap and food schedules for Emmett that have required extra snuggles and comfort and prepping for his first birthday!

Thank you so much for the extra patience as wait times are a bit longer than planned! I expect to be fully caught up Monday night as I've set aside the full day for messaging and organizing gallery deliveries!

Stay safe in the storm that's rolling in today, St Louis, and I'll be back with you on Monday!
