Today we celebrate our founder Hal Wagner and the incredible company his vision grew into.💜
For over 5 decades Wagner has preserved memories and became a part of thousands of school communities yet still our story continues to grow.
Today we honor our past, celebrate our present, and look forward to shaping our future. Happy Founders Day! 🎉

✨ We’re prepping for the school year by investing in what matters most—our people!

Yesterday, our team gathered for our first company-wide professional development workshop, “The Way We Work Better Together,” led by Matt Whiat, founder of Curio Consulting.

By strengthening the way we communicate and collaborate, we’re better equipped to create exceptional experiences for the schools, students, and families we serve. ❤️

Of course, no great team day is complete without a little team bonding! We had a great time learning, laughing, and growing together.

Here’s to an amazing school year ahead! 📚📸

We have some exciting news to celebrate! 🎉
At this year's Candid Color Systems Summer Seminar in Denver, Colorado, Wagner Portrait Group was honored to receive four awards! For the second year in a row, we won:

🏆 Growth Award
📸 Excellence in Photography Award
💡 Kaizen Award – celebrating our commitment to continuous growth through small, meaningful improvements every day.

This year also marked a special milestone as our Marketing Manager, Elsah Sowers, received the Master of Core Award for the first time. 🌟 Congratulations, Elsah, you earned it!

We're incredibly proud of our team and grateful to everyone who helps make achievements like these possible. Here's to continuing to grow, improve, and serve our schools and communities with excellence!

We’re so happy to sponsor a hole at Warren County R-3 School District’s annual golf tournament to raise funds for their athletic programs.
Investing in our local schools and student athletes is something we’re honored to be able to do!

A huge thank you to our amazing Lighthouse Volunteers who helped out all week during Picture Days! You weren’t just volunteers — you were stylists, comedians, kid-wranglers, and MVPs all rolled into one!

We also want to give a very special shoutout to Ms. Shantell Boulton and Ms. Kansas Watson with Wagner Portrait Group. You two were absolute rockstars — so kind, so patient, and so wonderful with our students. Thank you!!

We appreciate each and every one of you who made this week such a success — thank you for your time, your energy, and your heart 🐾🧡🖤

A message from the Wagner Family:Our hearts are with the families impacted by last week’s devastating tornado. As a family-owned business for over 50 years, we’ve had the honor of photographing many of these families during the most meaningful moments of their lives. We remain committed to standing with our neighbors, especially in difficult times. If you or someone you know lost school portraits or other photos taken by Wagner, we will reprint and replace those images free of charge. It’s a small gesture, but we hope it brings a bit of comfort and hope in the days ahead. Please share this message so we can reach as many families as possible. To support the urgent needs of those affected, Wagner has made a donation to the local Red Cross. We also encourage you to give to one of the many organizations providing essential services across the region. Together, we can help bring light to even the darkest moments. ❤️
