I started my photography career on an old Samsung Galaxy. No fancy equipment - just me, a phone, and an unreasonable determination to make it work. 😂

Over time, I kept investing in myself. Better cameras, top of the line glass, and now my editing setup. 🥹

I’ve never needed the fanciest gear to create something I’m proud of, but having tools that can actually keep up with me? Holy s**t, what a difference. ✨👏🏽

This upgrade has already made me fall in love with my job all over again. Less time fighting technology, more time doing the part I love. I can already see how much it’s going to help with the things that have been holding me back.

I’m so glad I invested in myself. I worked for this. I earned this. 🖤

A little business update! 📸

After one too many computer crashes, edits taking DAYS to sync, and countless technical headaches, I finally decided it was time for an upgrade!

This latest investment will allow me to edit, manage, and upload galleries all from one place instead of bouncing between my phone and laptop. I'm SO excited for a faster, smoother workflow!

It arrives TOMORROW! 🥹

For everyone patiently waiting on galleries, thank you! I've been working around these technical issues as best I can, but I'm excited to get back into the swing of things once my new setup arrives. ✨

Something a little different for me, and I ended up LOVING it. ✨

We did these portraits right on their family farm, incorporating the equipment, land, and all the little pieces that make this place theirs. It was definitely a new creative challenge for me, but the colors, textures, and personality it brought into their photos were SO good. 🥹

We worked with a hauling truck, grain bins, tractors, and even cows - things I wouldn’t normally think to pair with wedding portraits... but it all came together so perfectly. This was his family’s farm, and she actually hauls the grain for them and drives the truck in some of these photos, which made everything feel that much more personal. 🫶🏽

Even her bouquet and the boutonnieres were handmade by a friend!

And yes... we got the cows involved. Y'all know if I'm near a cow it's going to be in the photos. 🐮 Those deserve their own post once I finish them. 😂

Okay, THIS is the kind of stuff that makes me fall in love with photography all over again. ✨

I've been wanting to push myself creatively with wedding details - playing with movement, composition, perspective, alongside new editing tools.

And these? I'm really, really proud of. 🫶🏽

There's something so satisfying about taking the smallest pieces of a wedding day and giving them their own moment. The invitations, the florals, the things that were so carefully chosen - they deserve to be photographed with just as much intention as everything else. 🥰

The other day, I had one of my biggest weddings this year, and I honestly could not be happier with how beautifully everything came together. 🥰

My associate did an absolutely fantastic job, she had some truly stunning ideas, and I am SO excited to see this gallery come together. The couple was gorgeous, the day was full of beautiful moments, and the church itself had the most incredible stained glass windows. The whole day was just... lovely. ✨

For now, I’m sharing one tiny little sneak peek because I simply couldn’t wait to show you something. 😍

But that’s it! Once I have their full preview finished and delivered to them, I’ll be sharing more. So keep an eye out, because there is so much more from this beautiful day that I cannot wait for you to see. 🥹📸
