10 years into this journey! I almost can’t believe it.
To say that I feel fortunate to have spent an entire decade doing what I love would still somehow be a bit of an understatement. I wouldn’t be here without the love and support of friends, family, and anyone I’ve ever photographed up to this point. Without you, I’m just a guy with a camera.
I made the choice about halfway to where I’m at now to change my branding to “Batchelor Photo” as a way to hopefully expand my scope and use it as an opportunity for growth. In a lot of ways, I have begun to realize that this was disconnecting me from myself, which is why I’ve decided to just go back to my roots. My name is Brendan Batchelor and I am a photographer. Simple as that.
As I round the corner of this first ten years, I am feeling so many emotions. I am so full of excitement and gratitude.

I really hope you’ll take a look! It was pretty emotional for me, I won’t lie to you. Being able to view my own story like this has me feeling more grateful than I have ever been on this ride with you all. I look forward to continuing to tell the story of others the best way I know how.
In some ways, it really does feel like I’m just getting started.
