I'm excited to announce that Aria Lewis Photography is now accepting new clients for photo editing!

As a photographer, I know how laborious editing can be - especially during busy season when you're shooting possibly multiple weddings every weekend. I would love to take that load off your shoulders so you can get your time back.

I have 10 years experience with photo editing, and 6 as a wedding and portrait photographer. I am detailed, prompt, and responsive. I've also been trained in editing by Amy and Jordan's Shooting and Editing course.

I thrive with bright and airy, bright and bold and film-style photography, but am a quick learner and can adapt to other styles as well.

These two have been in front of my camera so many times it is just second nature to photograph them. Anna is a bride turned into a dear friend and I am so sad that she and Ryan are moving to St Louis but I am also so happy for them and this new chapter in their life. To your move, my friends, a new chapter, and - almost 2 years of being married! Enjoy one of their wedding pictures at the very end :)

- I started my business at 15 (2016)
- second shot 2 weddings in 2019
- between Sep. 2020 and Oct. 2022 I shot 28 weddings!! 🥳
- shot 90 sessions total (everything besides weddings)
- spent 1,500 hours editing
- drove 19,000 miles 😵
- went through 4 different cameras
- edited 33,336 photos 😵‍💫

I never thought I would announce this at 20, but here we go…I’m retiring from photography.

!!! What!? If you told me a year ago I would be making this decision I would have probably responded the same way Mia did in the Princess Diaries: Me, retiring? SHUT UP! Photography has been my dream and my passion since I was fifteen. I thought I would be a wedding photographer until I had 3 or 4 kids to homeschool! In fact I was scared of anything that might come in between me and my business. I have done everything to keep climbing that ladder of success, and I couldn’t wait to reach the top.

But, life changes. Passions and priorities change. And somewhere in between January and April, I began to realize that maybe – this isn’t where I’m supposed to be for the next decade of my life. Maybe, I’m not even supposed to be here next year.

Over the course of those months, I spent a lot of time agonizing over what to do. I prayed, cried, discussed it with Andrew until I was blue in the face, and slowly, God began to reveal to me that it was time for this season to come to a close.

And so, this fall is my last season as a wedding photographer. I have 6 weddings left, 6 wonderful couples to serve. After that – I’m done.

This season has taught me so much and I am so grateful for it, and for all of the wonderful couples I’ve worked with. If you are one of those couples, thank you so much for the privilege of being a small part of your love story. If you’ve just been following along, thank you, too, for your support! I can’t wait to see where this next chapter of my life goes.
