Hi, I’m Abbie... and I’ve been doing this a long time.

Seventeen years, to be exact. It started in 2009 when I traded my elementary school classroom for a camera (best decision I ever made). I spent the next 11 years photographing over 350 weddings across the country - learning how to capture real emotion, work under pressure, and get it right when it matters most.

In 2019, I made a deliberate choice to pivot into brand photography. And I haven’t looked back. In 2025, I launched Believe In Branding, a sister company built to help business owners strengthen their brands beyond the photos. Because great images are just the beginning.

I still photograph seniors, families, and kiddos too... because those clients became family a long time ago. (The is a real thing. Ask anyone.)

I’m known for my goofy personality, my contagious laugh, my smart business sense, and an undying love for Diet Coke. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me at a live concert, a game night with friends, or being bossed around by my cat. I keep sessions fun, relaxed, and empowering... because the best photos happen when you actually feel like yourself.

And just so we’re clear: I fiercely believe that ALL bodies are good bodies. Every curve, scar, wrinkle, and squishy bit? Freakin’ amazing. I believe in full equality for the LGBTQ+ community, and I believe that every marginalized community deserves to be seen, celebrated, and treated with dignity. Every person who walks in front of my camera is worthy of being hyped up, lifted up, and loved exactly as they are. That’s not just how I shoot. That’s how I live. xoxo

Remember her reaction? Here’s what she was actually freaking out about… (besides radiating absolute joy, am I right?!!)…

Call me silly, but my typical editing process almost always includes funny videos being sent to my clients… with loud music jamming in the other room and a crisp Diet Coke (or a La Croix!) next to me.

I couldn’t help but send this outtake to my darling .sur 😂 I can’t to share more from this session.
