✨ As a wedding photographer, I’ve seen so many love stories unfold on the happiest day of a couple’s life. But here’s what I’ve learned:

If I could go back and give my younger self advice, I’d say this: the wedding is just the beginning. The real work—and the real reward—comes after. Marriage is messy, challenging, and sometimes painful, but it’s also one of the most transformative experiences you can have. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being present, being patient, and being willing to grow.

So, to all the couples out there: plan your dream wedding, but don’t stop there. Invest in your marriage. Learn how to communicate, how to listen, and how to love through the hard times. Because when you find your rhythm and truly understand each other, there’s a beauty in that partnership that no wedding day can ever match.
