I walked through this property to photograph it for the MLS listing and kept changing my mind about what I loved most.

Was it the beautifully updated interior? The mature landscaping? The wide-open space surrounding the home?

Then I stepped outside and found myself picturing summer dinners beneath the grapevine-covered pergola, surrounded by family, friends, and a warm Central PA evening.

This is the kind of property that gives you room to spread out, slow down, and enjoy the outdoors as much as the home itself.

We are highlighting this new listing as first look at our new Homes2vu Hub.

One of my favorite features inside the Homes2vu Hub. Branded property websites designed to give listings a polished, professional presentation beyond the MLS.

These websites make it easy for buyers to explore the home, view photos and video, and connect directly with the listing agent – all while keeping your branding front and center.

And yes… MLS – friendly versions are included too.

Simple. Clean. Designed to make listings shine.

I walked through this property to photograph it for the MLS listing and kept changing my mind about what I loved most.

The natural light + clean, modern finishes are enough to make you fall in love, but the home is also just minutes from Downtown State College, Penn State, and all the best coffee spots.

Buying a home in State College is one of the biggest financial decisions in a person’s life.

And the behind-the-scenes work is where deals are made or lost.

That’s where I spend most of my time—camera in hand.

Coordinating with agents and homeowners, keeping an eye on what’s coming soon, and helping listings stand out in the State College market before they even hit the MLS.

Walking through homes with a photographer’s eye so you don’t waste time touring a place with major red flags (hello, tricky layouts and dark rooms), and so you can see the true potential in the spaces that *do* work.

And when it’s time to list, I know what today’s buyers want to see—clean lines, great light, and the lifestyle—so your photos tell the right story from the very first scroll.

If you want someone who puts in the legwork behind the scenes to showcase your home at its best, I’d love to connect.

Blown out windows and listing photos are usually a camera decision not a house problem.

Have you ever looked at photos of a room and the windows are just pure white, it’s almost always because the camera exposed for that interior. Cameras (and phones) hate big contrast, like a darker living room with bright daylight outside, “protect” the room and sacrifice the view.

Try this the next time you’re photographing a space in State College: take one photo like you normally would, then change the same exact photo by tapping on the window before you press the shutter you’ll see the whole room dim down, but the outside details come back immediately. That’s your proof it’s exposure, not the windows.

If you want both the room and the view to look natural, you’re looking at either a second exposure to blend, or lighting that helps close the gap.

Just a girl with an idea and a vision in her head.

This one was a challenge. The biggest and most detailed build I have taken on.

Being a visual learner, the idea lived in my head for the past two years. I was finally was able to make it come to life.

We will spend hours with friends and family around that table. I look forward to every moment, every game, every story, every laugh. Remember to always believe in yourself anything is possible if you set your mind to it.

Bring on summer!

The home you’ve been picturing in State College exists and it has bright, airy interiors that feel instantly welcoming.

The kind of home where every day moments feel a little slower –
Sunday mornings, post – game gatherings, quiet routines that start to feel like your own.

As a photographer, these are the homes that stand out. Not just for how they look – but how they live.
If this feels like you’re kind of space, and you’re in the market for a new home comment “HOME” and I’ll connect you with the right agent to take the next step.

I’m Stephanie with Homes2vu Photography Services - capturing homes and the lifestyle around them across State College and Centre County.

Living in State College–

It’s the answer you might not have known you were looking for.

It’s the kind of place where the people are genuinely good, the food scene keeps getting better, and there’s always something fun on the calendar (hello, spring weekends downtown, campus energy, and happy hour patios).
