It’s been a while since posting.

Running a final test sew-out on this 9.6” dia. (27k+stitches) brand that I’ll be doing in white to go on the back of some navy blue Game 810 work shirts for my old fire service certification evaluator buddy Tom at The WZ Ranch in Larkspur, Co.

Second batch of award jackets and shirts are done. Didn’t need to do a full court press on the second batch like we did on the first after waiting almost a month for some hoops and supplies.

A big Thank You to the Susquehanna Region SCCA and the Central Pennsylvania Region SCCA for their business. These have been the first embroidery orders we received since the Covid-19 pandemic started last year.

Just finished the last jacket for this order. 78.5 hrs embroidery work in 4 days. I’m taking it easy tomorrow.

Happy Easter. I hope everyone is doing well.

It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted anything. We are finally getting a few orders which is good. The past year has been rough but hopefully the tide is turning.

Yes I’m working Easter morning and got to see the sunrise through the window and I’ll say that it was glorious!

We hate to do this but between donating far more sewing supplies and masks than we could really afford to and the trickle down effect from other businesses being closed and thus not ordering embroidered apparel, this pandemic has hit Wind Catchers pretty hard.

Because of this we’ll be starting to make our masks available for purchase starting this Saturday at setup and/or Sunday at the Central PA Region autocross. All have been washed/sanitized/bagged. Prices range from $5 to $15 each. Cash or Check.

We currently have a limited supply of fabric on hand but custom embroidered masks can be ordered. Contact us if interested.
