Happy Friday!!

Speaking of Friday, I will not be doing a black Friday sale this year. As many of you know, I am a very busy momma. My girls play travel sports, and my son is picking up sports now too. I also have a part time evening job on top of it all which makes booking a photo session with me nearly impossible. I am not closing shop but I will only be doing more last minute sessions with repeat clients. I cannot guarantee any dates in advance anymore unfortunately.

I started this business 11 years ago and it has fulfilled its purpose in SO many ways. I was able to bring in some money so my kids can do the things they love, I got to meet some amazing families and watch them grow, I got to see old friends celebrate the best part of their lives. Most of all I got to photograph the things that mean the most to me.

I am NOT quitting, I am just not able to commit to this like I use to. If planning ahead and needing stability is your thing, just know I WILL NEVER take offense to you finding another photographer, ever. IF you are someone who's more on the go and wanting to see what my availability is like a week or two out and want to schedule a family session next year, I'm your girl!

In the end, we are all just parents who just want to be there with our kids and I'm put in a position where I have to choose, and the choice is always going to be a bleacher mom. Thank you so much for understanding. I am going to pin this so that everyone who comes to my page can see it. If you have any questions or need another photographer recommendation, let me know!

This summer just flew by.
We had the BEST summer together.
Minimal obligations, minimal rules, minimal expectations, but maximum fun, so much time spent together, memories made, and extra cuddles and kisses.

My heart is SO full.
These girls have grown into the prettiest girls I've ever laid eyes on. They are kind, smart, athletic, and everything I could ever hope for in a daughter.
This boy is just the perfect little addition to our family, he is so sweet, so loving, and the most handsomest boy ever.

I pray this year will be good to them, and they will be good to others. Cheers to another amazing summer, and here's to successful school year.

"Mom, I know you're probably going to say no but can I run in the puddle really quick"

Me almost saying no because I promised them ice cream after and didn't feel like dealing with wet car seats and changing clothes.. I stopped for a second before I responded and just said sure. Their eyes LIT up. They were so happy, I can hear the laughs and screams through these pictures.

Lately I find myself taking a second before I say no and really thinking about why I'm saying no. Is it because it's an inconvenience to me? or them? Most of the time its me. I want to be someone who just takes the day for what it is, laying low on all the planning and just take it as it comes. I've done that most of this summer and we've truly enjoyed it.

Here's to just saying yes.
