We soaked up some beautiful, golden hour sunshine during the perfect Autumn senior session for this sweet girl. Sunsets and fall leaves and trees make the dreamiest backgrounds!!

This beautiful girl had a special request, to have some photos with her father's headstone. Living the life of losing someone so important to you, I know how hard the milestones can hit when something big happens and that person isn't there physically to experience it as well. I was very honored to do include her father in some way for her.

It's Bereaved Parents Awareness Month, and I'd love to give parents on this walk of life a little something. I'd like to offer a mini session, featuring a picture of you, your family and your angel child 💔👼 I would do this any time I'm available through July.

Being a bereaved parent doesn't have to be a lonely path. I have found a community in grief, but want to try to extend that out to others. Because we all need someone sometimes.

I attended my second grief retreat this year with these moms and it is a place we can feel open and emotionally available to each other. I'd like to be able to offer that to other parents too.
