For me, this past week in Cambutal, Panama was all about release and rediscovery. Releasing the heavy burden of being the primary caregiver and decision maker, remembering the feeling of deep joyful laughter, finding my way as a woman entering the last year of her 30's, and keeping a vulnerable space to learn how to love myself right here, right now.
Led by the fearless and ecstatic , 22 women from across the United States, from so many walks of life, converged on grounds and almost immediately became a band of sisters, learning to access deeper parts of our mentality, being vulnerable WITH each other and a safe haven FOR each other as we grew in so many different and similar ways.
I'm grateful to Sansara for providing us the utmost care, Katy for leading us through the trenches, the ladies for being open-hearted and so much fun, and importantly, myself for allowing this adventure to happen. Surfing, yoga, walks on the black sand beaches, learning to sit and meditate...
