So last year when I had my son I wanted to take time off dedicated to all of his firsts! Needless to say we all know what happened in the start of 2020. So here we are halfway through the year and I’m happy to say I am thrivingggg!
What a way to jump back into it! Jennie has been one of my closest friends since high school, and sadly Dan has been stuck with me since 🤪 We are so close to meeting the most precious miracle baby ever, Roman Scott ♥

This is such an important thing to remember!

Why an empty bucket?

As a newborn photographer I am constantly sharing my clients new bundles of joy, but never the journey it took for many to get there. This week I'd like to bring some special attention to something near and dear to my heart.

April 21st-27th is National Infertility Awareness Week.
I am asking that my clients, fellow photographers, followers or anyone who might see this to join me in spreading awareness. Let's help them by showing support, letting them share their stories, being a shoulder to cry on or a listening ear. Let them know they are never alone in this struggle.

The acronym PAIL also stands for Pregnancy After Infertility or Loss. Did you know that 1 in 8 women struggle with infertility, and 1 in 4 struggle with infant loss/ miscarriage? Someone you know is struggling, someone you know has suffered loss.

The empty bucket is not only a symbol of the emptiness families suffering from infertility feel, but also as a symbol of hope... for when their miracle arrives, we will be here waiting to celebrate with them !

We are here for you. If you would like to share your story- feel free to do so here on my post, or share this as a means to start a conversation. This is something no one should have to suffer through alone.

Spring has sprung, which means this mama is officially out of hibernation! (aka my maternity break) For those of you who didn’t know I just had my first baby in January! It’s been challenging and life changing to say the least but I wouldn’t trade him for anything. Anyways, just wanted to let you all know I’m back in action and am back to booking.
