Throwback - This is one of my wildlife artworks — a portrait of the American Bald Eagle 🇺🇸🦅 Created with Bombay India Ink, pen, and a Japanese brush on Bristol paper, this piece was all about capturing the eagle’s sharp gaze, strength, and quiet dignity.

The Bald Eagle has long stood as a symbol of freedom, resilience, courage, and independence in the United States. Chosen as the national emblem in 1782, it represents both strength and the enduring spirit of the nation.

As America approaches the America 250 celebration, reflecting on the nation’s history, heritage, and symbols feels especially meaningful. The Bald Eagle remains a reminder of perseverance through challenges and the continuing story of the American spirit 🇺🇸✨

The original artwork has found its home, but limited edition prints are still available at The 1895 Church of StuArt 😊 The proceeds benefit the historic Pioneer Church restoration and maintenance

just ink, brushwork, many tiny feather details, and patience 😎😃

There’s something I truly love about collaborative art — watching a piece evolve through two artists’ hands, styles, and imagination. 💝
These ceramic pendants started with the talented ceramic artist Lorrie Goss - Clay Fine Arts, who sculpted each pendant by hand in clay before the first kiln firing, known as the bisque firing. After that, they came to my table.
I painted each piece with acrylics, sealed them with varnish, and finished them with a protective resin coat to bring out the colors, depth, texture, and little hidden details that slowly emerge as the pieces come alive.
And as always… once I start painting, the pendants begin developing their own personalities.
The “Summer Berries” pendant has already been spoken for 🍓 along with my hand-painted leather “Ladybugs” bracelet 🐞✨ — which honestly makes me very happy because I love seeing handmade pieces find right owners who truly connect with them.
Our whimsical butterfly pendant also quickly found its owner 🦋💜 The piece was full of rich jewel-like purples, layered greens, textured gold details, and a tiny butterfly resting almost like a secret hidden in a garden mosaic. Somehow it managed to feel both playful and elegant at the same time.
The two larger bold-color pendants are still waiting for their people. One is playful, whimsical, and full of movement — turquoise, fiery orange, black, red, dots, curves, textures, and tiny raised details that remind me a little of folk art mixed with tribal-inspired patterns. It is impossible to ignore 😃
The second pendant feels more like a tiny abstract mosaic painting turned into wearable art — divided with shimmering gold lines and filled with rich turquoise, coral red, black, and bright orange. The raised gold details give it almost a jewel-like appearance.
These are definitely not tiny shy pendants 😄 They are for people who love bold colors, artistic expression, oversized statement jewelry, and pieces that spark conversations. 🎨✨

By the way, you're also welcome to hang them on Christmas tree or even on the wall 😀

“Underwater Wonders.” Pouring acrylic is one of those conversations between artist and medium where control meets pure surprise. It begins with intention… I guide it - choose the colors, direct the flow, gently blow the paint into motion - but in the end, it has a life of its own.
That’s what I love most. That element of surprise is everything.
You never truly know how the cells will bloom, how hidden layers will rise to the surface, or how the colors will intertwine while the paint is still curing. It’s a moment of trust… and a little bit of magic of movement when the paint create its own currents and depths - an ocean begins to form. I watch. I follow. I let it speak. Currents fold into one another, light breaks through unseen depths, and the surface becomes a place of discovery.
When the flow settled, and the paint cured, I added life - a final touch of storytelling: vibrant fish swimming through the "chaos", as if they were always meant to be there, and a sea turtle… emerging, unhurried, from within the layers.
Sometimes, the beauty isn’t just in creating - it’s in discovering, listening…
and recognizing what is already trying to be seen. 🎨🐠

I have a few “botanicals” left… 🌸
tiny gardens of dried flowers, held in resin. Petals that once danced in the breeze now rest in quiet stillness -
soft pinks, gentle violets, sunlit yellows - each one a small memory of a season that refused to fade.
Worn close to the heart, they whisper of nature’s fleeting beauty, captured, preserved… and carried with you. No two are ever the same - each piece a little story, a pressed moment of time, a bloom that chose to linger.

It is quite fun to make these botanical pieces. While carefully arranged with tweezers, each tiny bloom has a mind of its own - once the resin is poured, they gently drift, finding their own natural composition, as if guided by a quiet breath of nature itself.

Oh, and heaven forbid a light breeze comes by - or you dare to exhale - these featherweight blooms will take off like tiny escape artists, rearranging themselves before your very eyes 😄🌸

“The Peaceful Times” 🌻🐝💙
A quiet moment, gently unfolding…
In this 11x14 acrylic painting, a golden sunflower opens toward the light while a small bee rests at its center — a simple detail, yet full of meaning. Around it, wildflowers gather in a glass jar, and a calm bluebird keeps watch nearby. Everything feels still, yet alive.
The sunflower, always turning toward the sun, symbolizes warmth, faith, and unwavering positivity — a reminder to seek light even in uncertain times.
The bee, delicate yet tireless, represents perseverance, purpose, and the quiet, essential work that sustains life. It speaks of dedication and harmony with nature.
And the bluebird, a timeless symbol of happiness and hope, completes the story — a gentle presence of peace.
Set against a soft, radiant background, the scene becomes more than a still life — it becomes a feeling. A memory of slower days, where beauty is found in small details and simple connections.
“The Peaceful Times” is about balance — between movement and stillness, effort and rest, light and color.

From a rainy day beginning… to a sunlit finish. This bracelet has been a quiet little journey. I started it quite a while ago on a gray, rainy day — working through “fifty shades of gray” glass beads. The clusters, built bead by bead with needlework over a strong silver color nylon cord, feel almost like drops of water frozen in motion.
Along the way, I decided to add a few so-called briolettes — teardrop prisms — and they truly completed the piece. They catch the light beautifully, adding movement, depth, and those little dancing reflections that change with every turn. Today, it came to life under the sunshine — and what a difference light makes. Every bead now sparkles, reflecting silvers, soft blues, and tiny flashes of rainbow. The dangling elements, the tiny butterfly, the subtle glow — everything that began in a calm, rainy mood now shines with a brighter, joyful energy.
