This past weekend was truly a pleasure spent at the stunning Wellfield Botanic Gardens. There is something magical about watching a family laugh and connect in such a beautiful natural setting, and I had the absolute honor of capturing those precious, loving moments for this wonderful group of people.

I’ve been wanting to try this dish for some time now. It’s a baked sweet potato, topped with lean ground beef, cottage cheese, avocado and drizzled with honey and red pepper flakes. OMG! So good! All fueled up! Let’s go take some pictures!
