🍎 BACK TO SCHOOL MINI SESSIONS 🍎

Every year, I set up these Back-to-School Mini Sessions thinking about how quickly another school year has come around…but this year, they mean a little more to me. ❤️
I’ve photographed these milestones year after year, including with my own children. And after watching my oldest daughter graduate this past year, I found myself looking back at all those photos from when she was little.

The tiny backpacks.
The missing teeth.
The new hairstyles.

Those sweet little faces that changed just a little more with every school year.
And suddenly, those simple “Back to School” pictures became so much more than pictures.

They became a timeline of her childhood. 🥹
That’s why I cherish these sessions so much.
We always think we’ll remember exactly how little they were starting Kindergarten…how they looked going into 3rd grade…or that awkward middle-school stage we swore we’d never forget.

😂 But the years have a funny way of flying by.
Take the picture. Every year. ❤️
One day, you’ll put them side-by-side and wonder how that tiny little kid grew up right before your eyes.
