When I gave birth to my first child I thought my heart might burst. The love I felt was like nothing I had ever experienced. My first year of motherhood was the single most challenging, life changing, overwhelmingly beautiful experience of my life. In the midst of it all I was so overwhelmed, consumed by the experience I thought I would never forget a moment, but it quickly became a beautiful blur

. All I have left are the memories I kept and the photographs I captured. These photographs are priceless to me and I wouldn't trade them for the world. I want to capture these moments for you, freeze them in time, capture the love you share and the joy you feel so that they never become a blur. Hi friends! I recently upgraded my camera body and am currently enrolled in a family photography class to improve my skills so I can serve my clients better. So, I am looking for models for the next couple months, yes it’s going to be hot, so we will likely stick with short and sweet sessions depending on the weather. These sessions will be free, as they are intended for my learning, though I am confident you will get some quality images for yourself, but you must be comfortable with me utilizing the images online and depending on what I may be practicing you may need to be willing to work with the timing and location of my choosing. It's been a dream of mine to do a session like this for some time, so when my friend reached out to ask about senior pictures for her son, I was giddy with excitement! A stellar athlete who wanted photos in the desert, I knew we could have a lot of fun getting creative. This session was so much fun, truly a celebration of Bryce's successes throughout his high school career and included those closest to him, who have supported him every step of the way. A senior session can be so much more than just pictures! When you incorporate your hobbies or activities it can serve as a glimpse back into who you were in this season, which is only the beginning of your journey. Wishing you all the best Bryce! In 2019 my mom passed away from cancer. When she was a young adult, before marriage and me, she played the violin, and was apparently quite good. I never got to hear her play, because life happened. But after she passed away, I decided I would pick up the instrument myself. In this life, I never heard her play, and in this life she never heard me play, but I believe that we are in some way connected through the music. One of these lovely ladies, is my violin teacher, and she teaches Adelynn along with me. She is funny and patient and kind. I am so grateful that we both have a teacher who is both so skilled and so fun to work with. She asked me to photograph headshots of her and a group of musicians and it was so fun to do something a little bit different. If you are having a wedding or other event and need some live music, I can highly recommend these very talented musicians and if you are in need of headshots or branding photography for your business I'd be honored to work with you.

About 4 years ago my family and I moved to Surprise, AZ, a suburb of Phoenix. I have devoted that time to homeschooling my wonderful children, which I continue to do. I still enjoy doing photography though and do jobs occasionally when the opportunity arrives. I also enjoy serving my church photographing baptisms and other events as requested. This is a sampling from a recent newborn session I did. I am sharing, so when people view my page they can see recent work.
