🐾 Meet Brooklyn! 🐾

This 1-year-old bundle of joy is ready to find her furrever home! Brooklyn is a happy, social girl who absolutely loves being around other dogs. She’s friendly, playful, and does a great job adapting her play style—whether it’s a game of chase or some good old-fashioned roughhousing. She’d love to meet any potential canine siblings to make sure it’s a perfect match!

Brooklyn has lived with young children and was described as friendly and playful, though her energetic personality may be a bit much for the littlest ones. At the shelter, she’s been affectionate with staff, always ready for pets and on the lookout for treats—this girl is very food motivated, which will make training a breeze!

She previously lived with cats but found them a little too fun to chase, so Brooklyn is looking for a cat-free home where she can thrive.

Brooklyn also spent a couple of weeks in a foster home, where her personality continued to shine! Her foster family confirmed her love for other dogs, high energy, and sweet nature. She may be a little shy at first, but once she warms up, she’s incredibly loving and just wants to be close to her people—she’s even a fan of snuggling up in bed with you! She enjoys bones, is learning to play fetch, and already knows “sit” and “lay down.” While she was a bit unsure about her crate at first, she improved with time and patience.
