Is it okay that every time I have done a session this fall I have left with the strong desire to shoot full-time again? It’s all my clients' fault! Every session this fall has just been TOO FUN. So I'm going to need you guys to stop being so good to me. Every single session. . . I just fall in-love with shooting all over again. Yet . . .I love my agency. Love my agency clients. I'm in a pickle. Someone send me a clone. Nate Marsh thanks for a fun time. Your boys are hams and all 3 of you look like pro models. Wait until you see the other 90 images I have for your gallery 🤣

When I look back on my career as a photographer, I couldn't be more thankful for the families who have trusted me with their memories. All the new chapters, celebrations, births, weddings, and even their hard goodbyes. These sessions are forever etched on my heart, and I think about them often. Life is so precious. Time is fleeting. Tomorrow is never promised. Being there when a baby takes their first breath to being present before a loved one takes their last is never something I take for granted. Being invited to share in these celebrations and even moments of sadness, and having the ability to freeze these moments in time, will forever be my "why."

This day—the day the family said goodbye to Dr. Hutchenson—will be a day I reflect on for the rest of my life. This family made such a huge impact on me. Their strength, love, and grace in the face of such profound loss reminded me why I do what I do. It’s moments like these that highlight the power of photography—capturing not just a moment, but the essence of a person, a relationship, and a lifetime of love.

Thank you to the Hutchenson family for trusting me with your memories. It’s an honor I’ll carry with me always.

I have been saying I will be raising my session prices for a couple years since they haven't been charged much since 2015 🤨 So anyone that books prior to the price change is locked into these old school rates.

I can say . . . I’ve never told a client when posing them “hold onto your pelvic floor and give me a little laugh. . . Now tilt our head to the right a bit and look down at your pelvic floor.” 😂 There is a first for everything!

Let me introduce you to Stefanie, owner of Exhale Therapy and Wellness. This beautiful soul reached out after being referred for a branding session. We had a blast! I quickly fell in love with her personality and mission, and I encourage you ladies to give her a follow! She helps women with leaks or pelvic discomfort feel in control and confident and does it flawlessly. I’ll for sure be signing up for her workshop coming up on the 9th! Only a couple days away!
