I’m calling this collection hugs for Santa. Many of these precious kiddos have come to see us multiple times now and it’s my favorite thing ever to know that we have created something that is not only a part of your Christmas traditions but that we’ve given your children a Santa experience they feel safe and comfortable at! Of course the teary eyes shots are a classic to hang on to and get a laugh out of in years to come too lol Last day of Santa sessions for the year tomorrow! 🎅🏻

Though my fall season was much shorter than I’m used to, I’m extremely thankful to have been able to get back out there and for all of your patience and grace with July-September cancellations and reschedules while I was in the thick of healing. Santa sessions start next week and I can’t wait to see all of your babies excited for the Christmas season! God is good and I’m so happy to share some of my sessions from the last month 🤍

There are so many sessions that live rent free in my list of favorites for different reasons. Some of those galleries are filled with the cutest little faces, the prettiest skies, the impeccable styling… and then there’s the ones like this. The ones that have all the things listed previously but also make you feel something. Every day that we have is a gift, and what a blessing to have memories captured with your grown children, their spouses, and grandchildren. when I was 18 I knew my life would change forever. I was scared… nervous… but never doubted if I could be your mom. I had this feeling deep down that you were meant for me. watching you grow up has been one of my life’s greatest blessings and I am immensely proud of you. Not just for your obvious accomplishments, brains, and the way you light up the stage… but for the person you are deep down and the way you inspire others to be true to themselves and march to the beat of their own drum. Sixteen years have flown by and as much as I wish I could go back to that squeaky voiced toddler on my hip just once more I’m equally excited to meet all the versions of you to come. Happy 16th birthday little red… I love you so much & have indeed been changed for good ✨
