WE'RE BACK!!

Dear Valued Clients,

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for your patience, support, and prayers during my recovery from open-heart surgery. Your kindness has meant the world to me.

I’m also incredibly grateful to everyone who accommodated the adjusted schedule over the past several weeks. A special thank you goes to Zak, who did an outstanding job managing all location photography during this time.

This week marks six weeks since my surgery, and I’m happy to share that I’m feeling much better. Although I still have several weeks of cardiac rehab ahead, I’ve been officially cleared to drive — which means I’m excited to rejoin Zak in the field and resume photography work!

As of now, all our services — including drone photography, 3D tours, floorplans, and more — are fully operational once again.

Dear valued clients,

As of today, Monday, April 28, it has been two weeks since my open-heart surgery. While I still have several weeks of recovery ahead, I’m now well enough to handle computer-based work. My sternum is healing and will require an additional 4–6 weeks to fully recover—similar to the healing process for broken bones, except in this case, it’s my ribcage.

Starting Monday, May 5, we will resume scheduling listing photo shoots. During this recovery period, Zak will be handling all on-site photography, while I focus on editing, scheduling, and invoicing from home.

Please note that, for the time being, we will only be offering photo services. Drone, video, and other specialty services will remain on hold until further notice.

I saw an ad today for another real estate photographer whose pricing was insane. They offered standard photos and premium photos. Premium? Isn't that what you expect of a "professional"? Why even offer sub-premium? And of each quality, you can choose the quantity of photos... 24, 36, 50, etc. That's how you sell chicken wings, not photos. Of course the pricing was all over the place.

Bellace Photography only offers premium photos. TV's are always edited, skies are enhanced or replaced as needed, distractions are removed, etc. There's no extra charge for giving you our best work. We do not offer quantity options. We take as many photos that we can to show all of the architectural features of your listing. If it only takes 30 to show everything or if it takes 75. It's one price! Pricing is based on square footage. 2022 pricing is based on $.07 per sq/ft (plus tax). AND... Photos are ALWAYS delivered the same day... ALWAYS!
