If we’ve never met, hi, I’m Skyler.
I’m a wife, a mom, and a wedding photographer based in Washington. For the last five years, I’ve had the privilege of documenting some of the most meaningful days in people’s lives, and I still find myself just as excited for wedding days as I was when I photographed my first one.
What I love most about this job isn’t just creating beautiful images. It’s the people. The trust. The emotion. The fact that couples invite me into one of the most important days of their lives and trust me to preserve it. It’s a responsibility I never take lightly.
If you’ve worked with me before, you probably know I’m not the quiet photographer hiding in the corner. I’ll hype you up during portraits, make you laugh when nerves kick in, keep things relaxed, and step in with confidence when the day needs a little direction. My goal is always to create photographs that feel intentional, timeless, and true to you while making sure you actually get to enjoy the experience along the way.
As I enter this next chapter of my business, I’m focused on growing into the luxury and destination wedding space. My dream is to document celebrations all over the world while continuing to create an experience that feels effortless, personal, and memorable for every couple I work with.
Outside of photography, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, planning my next trip, wandering HomeGoods, or stopping at a garage sale I absolutely did not need to stop at.
