The Seattle Reign took an unfortunate loss last night in a 0–2 defeat against the Gotham FC during their last match before the World Cup begins in June. A lot of great plays were made regardless of the final score and the Seattle Reign came out of the match with a positive mindset towards future games!

Last weekend was the desert 100, one of the largest dirt biking events in the Pacific Northwest. Friday morning, started out with the ladies beginner ride, followed by the family and Iron Man poker runs on Saturday and ending in a grand finale with the 100 mile desert 100 race. After 2 grueling fifty mile laps across rugged and unforgiving eastern Washington desert Jaden Dahners won his fourth desert 100 in a row!

The Silvertips finished out the regular season with a 6–4 win against the Wenatchee wild. After their win, they had an emotional award ceremony to celebrate their season as well as their three players aging out of the league. An absolutely wonderful night and I can’t wait to see how far they go in the playoffs!
