Setting boundaries has been something I’ve made a goal 🥅 for the new year.
Setting goals as someone who is a people pleaser is hard.
I’ve always been scared of judgment and feeling worthless at times.
Especially as someone who is running an online business, it was important to set boundaries.
Here are some ways I’ve made an effort to set boundaries as a business owner and as a people pleaser.
💎 set hours for working on your business. It’s important to tell your clients that you can only answer their questions during these hours.
💎 not letting people walk over you business-wise and personally.
People will try to walk over your boundaries whether it is a client or a person you k is in real life.
Don’t be afraid to remind them about the boundaries you set.
If they get upset, it’s not your fault.
It’s their fault for not listening to your boundaries.
💎it’s all about practice. You don’t have to go all out with your boundaries but you got to stay consistent. It will work out and you will find your peace in working better and not feeling so worthless.
