Florida's been throwing rain at us left and right, but I have plenty of sunny moments to remind you why fall is my favorite season. One of my absolute favorite things about weddings at Tampa Garden Club is that perfect balance of nature meeting architecture. You get the lush gardens and greenery on one side, and then across the street that gorgeous bay view with the historic stone fence. It's like two completely different backdrops without ever leaving the venue.

Catherine and Ryan made my job so easy that day. They were genuinely laughing, genuinely present with each other, and that kind of energy just radiates through every frame. Those are the weddings where you feel it in your bones, you know? The ones where you're already excited to edit because you know the images are going to be good, but more than that, you know the couple is going to absolutely love them.

I cannot wait for them to see their whole gallery. There's something really special about delivering wedding photos to a couple who brought that kind of joy and authenticity to their day. It makes everything we do worth it. 💜

Rise and shine! Who is already on the fall coffee bandwagon?! I'm not a big pumpkin coffee person (I'll be patiently waiting for peppermint mocha), but I will say a maple latte hits the spot. Now if the temps can be 60-73 instead of 90, I'll be in heaven!

Lindsay and Nick's maternity session at the University of Tampa reminded me why this campus is absolutely perfect for fall and holiday minis. The architecture, the light filtering through those big trees, the way everything feels timeless and classic. You don't need to drive an hour away to get gorgeous backdrops when UT is this beautiful.

Real talk though, if you've been thinking about booking a fall or holiday mini session, now's the time. I just opened up dates, and they're filling fast. Whether it's maternity, family, couples, whatever milestone you're celebrating, UT is such a stunning location to capture it.

The ring is the first part of the journey... if you're engaged and thinking about a fall or winter wedding, can we talk for a second? Late Fall, winter, and early spring are literally the best times to get married in Florida. The weather cooperates, the light is perfect, and you're not melting before the first dance.

But here's the thing about planning a wedding, especially one you actually want to enjoy: it takes time. You need a photographer who gets your vision. A venue that makes you happy when you walk in. Time to actually plan instead of panic-planning two weeks before.

Nina and Rory's wedding at Bellwether Beach Resort was tropical paradise vibes and I'm still not over it. All the lush greenery, the ocean backdrop, the whole mood was pure vacation romance. There's something about beach resort weddings that just feels different. You get natural beauty without having to work as hard for it, which means more time celebrating and less time stressing about logistics.
