Ok I wanted to wait long enough for everyone to make the announcement in their own way, but I was so so so so so SO happy and honored to take photos for my brother-in-law’s secret surprise engagement!
After being plagued for weeks with butt kicking first trimester symptoms, this was literally one of the few days I had where I was perfectly fine. The stars really aligned, not just for me, but for this adorable couple. I love you guys!

HELLO EVERYONE!

I wanted to update all of my fantastic models that volunteered for the portrait project a few months ago.

It is still on going, however, I have found myself suddenly with child in that time frame. The first trimester symptoms have been kicking my butt with vomiting and migraines so work has been postponed. As I see myself coming out of some of these symptoms finally, scheduling people will commence. I just didn’t want anyone to think that they weren’t being spoken to or that I was dropping them.
I have ideas already planned for about 4 people right now, so it’s all just down to scheduling.

Thank you all so much for volunteering to help me hone my craft, you are loved and appreciated and everything is still in the works!

I don’t have much to say. Literally my favorite. Im loving this (not so) new LED light.
Also, i just want to give a shoutout to other amazing photographers because the idea to even try this style came from . It’s so great to find work that inspires you to try something new. Even if you don’t continue that path, I learned a lot of techniques from just trying to imitate.

Hi people, I’ve missed you.
I’m gonna be working on portraits to practice some new techniques and play with some new props. This time, I wanted to play with mirrors and reflections and got a little work with neon lights in too. Also, BE LESS GORGEOUS ERICA. Thanks.

I finally got into something new! This. This right here? So good. Roasted Red Pepper and cauliflower soup. Thick, hearty, made even better with sour cream. And a fun way to trick a toddler into eating a veggie only meal. But my favorite part? Look at how PRETTY that color is! Yum. Finally feeling up to trying new things and with Florida wildin out with the COVID numbers, I might be going back to food for while longer.
