Wanted to say that I’m so in love 🥰 and like with my husband.
I’m so grateful that it’s more acceptable and legal for us to intermarry.
But we both know that legal policies don’t change the heart. and I both have gone to hell and back experiencing prejudice within our own communities for choosing each other.
We know the author behind it all, and it appalls us when we see the people of God recklessly fall into the trap of the Devil: racism. Y’all this is NOT loving your neighbor, are you a part of the kingdom of God or nah?
Has your heart been transformed by the gospel that says that we are ALL one in Christ Jesus?
Do not let the pride of your nationality dictate who you love and accept into your family. Do not become an agent of Satan! It’s hard to love, but with God we can be strengthened to love everyone, because that’s what we are called to.

I FINALLY WAS A BRIDESMAID!
My first time EVER. Don’t mind the fact that by the time I got to do it once my husband has done it 6 times!
So my review of bridesmaidhood:
1. It’s a lot more work and money than you think
2. You get to make friendships and bond with other important women in your friend’s life
3. You get the behind the scenes look at what’s going on every second of the day
4. You create a deeper bond & respect for your friend getting married!
5. You get to be there for her!
Totally worth it!

Just want to give a shout out to my day one.
Yesterday he endured a 12 hr workday to support my work on his day off.

He gives me so much joy I just love him so much! He’s the bestbestbest! When I first brought up the idea of becoming a full-time entrepreneur he was totally down, but when the rubber met the road it was a little difficult for us to adjust to the new lifestyle and financial risk.

Anyone that is married knows that the financial risk on a marriage can make things difficult but Steven and I have been able to rest easy knowing that we are taken care of everyday.

I’m not sure how many out there are going thru the ups and downs of the entrepreneurial life but having support and love during the whole experience is so important.

(ps I think it’s time we get professional pictures done again)

Water is so important and my favorite body of water is the ocean. Something that has been ringing the alarms 🚨 off in my head is the amount of plastic that is found in the water due to a HUGE overuse of plastics for everythinggg.

Look around your house 🏠 you’re guaranteed going to find at least 100 items that are made of plastic. Some of them are single use plastics while others are re-usable. Because they take so long to degrade they often end up being washed into the ocean 🐬 where marine animals often end up eating it.

♻️ I’ve been trying to reduce the amount of SINGLE USE plastics that I use. The latest installation in my house is going to the OG way my grandma would get water for the house. By refilling huge gallons of water at the corner store.

I bought a 5 gallon to replace the water bottles! It saves me from over 1,000 water bottle purchases and waste contribution. Not only is it great for reducing pollution, it’s also great because you end up drinking more water cause it’s so accessible! Not interested in that?

☀️ Just want a water bottle that has a filter on it
☀️ Frequent Traveler? Do you have no space for a filter but also don’t want to buy water bottles? while traveling try filters they’re also great for wilderness lovers.

Even if you have a water bottle sitting in your car and not ready to make the steps above you can just reuse the heck out of that water bottle! I dare you to keep it for one month!! Make sure you wash it at least once a week.
