Nothing like spending time at the local courthouse vaults to research past owners of a house we got asked to check out. Those books are thick, huge and heavy. lol I would call it a success though because I got back to the 1920’s of a previous owner that was a school teacher and 1940’s WWll vet. Very cool info.

Weather is warming up which means its almost time to start planning investigations. I can’t handle the cold so I hibernate in winter. lol
