Remembering this cute photoshoot with my little guy 2 years ago! 😭 I was semi freaking out because I couldn’t get the pumpkin in focus & cover his little tush—he kept scooting trying to eat the leaves & I was afraid he’d p*e on the paper! But I got it!!

Success ✔️ and WORTH IT! 🎃

When their comfort items deserve a permanent spot on your wall too. 🫶🏻

My daughter was the Queen of layering accessories! She was three and we had plans to go see the super-bloom poppy’s that year. She wanted to wear the craziest outfit—think princess dress, superhero cape, multiple necklaces, crown, and princess heels! Full toddler glam and I was not thrilled because I wanted to take “cute” photos of my kids. Now they are some of my favorite photos because they are so HER, and completely represent who she was at that age!

That’s what these Candid Kids Minis are all about! Stuffy’s, cars, accessories—let them bring their favorite items. You’ll be so glad you did!

“Your camera takes great photos” —The best worst compliment every photographer hears 😂

Shot on Canon R6 Mark ii, culled in Photo Mechanic, edited in Lightroom, earned by years of keeping up with toddlers in the studio!

…and wouldn’t have it any other way!

That moment you realize the kiddos you’re photographing have more style than you! 🤣

We did these images as part of his cake smash session. I love it when you have a vision for your kids session and bring props and accessories…except clear balloons—my studio lights and even me reflect in them, and they’re a pain to edit! 🤪 Everything else is fair game!
