I always say that 98% of the time, my clients end up becoming my actual friends. In this case, I got to photograph two of my dearest.
Camille and Jasmine’s day was a masterclass in how to have a wedding. There was zero stress, constant laughter, and so much golden hour magic it was impossible to narrow this down to just a few shots, so enjoy the 17-slide deep dive.

There is a specific kind of magic that happens when a wedding feels less like a production and more like a massive party with your favorite people. I’m a firm believer that you aren’t just a line item on my calendar; by the time the cake is cut, we’re usually stuck with each other for life.

C+J, thank you for letting me capture your souls. I love you both so much!

Now booking remaining 2026 dates! My calendar is officially 75% full, so if you’ve been waiting for a sign to reach out, this is it. Link in bio to chat! 📸

I am honestly so in love with this trend. 🥹
It’s such a powerful reminder to look back at the kid who started it all, the one who just wanted to play, explore, and capture the world.
Running a wedding photography business is a beautiful, chaotic whirlwind, but we are often our own harshest critics. Seeing these photos reminded me that I’m not just a “business owner” or a “vendor”.
I’m the person protecting this little girl’s dream.
Let’s be a little kinder to the artists we used to be. We’re doing the work they only ever dreamed of. 🤍📸
Protecting her dream, one wedding at a time. 🫶🏻

2025 was heavy. A year shaped by grief, loss, and learning how to keep going while my heart caught up. Losing my grandmother and navigating family changes shifted everything for me.

It also happens to be the close of a nine year cycle. In numerology, life moves in nine year chapters. The ninth year is about endings, release, and clearing space before a new beginning. Looking back, that feels painfully accurate.

We’re also wrapping up the Year of the Snake, a season of quiet transformation and shedding old layers. Growth that happened beneath the surface, even when it was hard to see.

As I step into 2026 and the Year of the Horse, I’m choosing hope. Forward motion. Creative freedom.
I’m setting intentions for my mental health, my business, and my heart. Opening myself up to love, nurturing what matters, and trusting that brighter days are ahead.

Small and intentional weddings have been speaking to me lately.
There is something about the pace, the realness, and the way every moment actually breathes.

Hannah asked all their guests to wear neutrals and it could not have fit Joshua Tree more perfectly. Beige, browns, ivory. Everyone looked effortlessly styled and the tones photographed beautifully against the desert.

The details were minimal. The emotion was not.

Their dog, Cooper, stayed close the entire day. He watched their vows, sat beside them during their first dance, and genuinely acted like he knew the day was about his parents.

Family surrounded them. There were quiet tears, warm light, and one of the best sunsets I have seen out here.
And when the party kicked off, I was convinced to stay longer because no one wanted the night to end.

If you are planning an intimate wedding or desert celebration in 2026, I would love to photograph it. These slower paced, emotion centered days are where my heart lives.

Went full undercover mode for this one…. beanie, hoodie, the whole stealth look.
My bright pink + orange hair wasn’t exactly subtle for a surprise proposal at sunrise, but somehow I pulled it off.

Trekking through the reeds, freezing in that Yosemite morning glow, watching him drop to one knee…
it was one of those moments I’ll never forget.

More Yosemite love stories, please 🙏🏻💍

Pinching butts during their first look.
Dancing down the aisle like it was their favorite song.
Laughing through every single moment (and yes, she wore her HOKAs all day).

Moody. Cinematic. Untraditional.

Just two people completely being themselves, and that’s exactly what made this day perfect! 🤍

2026 books are open and ready for the couples who want their day to feel like them.

Michael & Bethany married at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club in Solana Beach. A day of quiet anticipation, heartfelt vows, and a night that ended beneath chandeliers. Simple, romantic, and true to them.
