Update: as of October 2025 The Cat lady was fully refunded $5000 by her credit card company + the $500 cash, personally given. I just peeped a fundraiser by her and noticed she didn’t mention to her community all of the fund given to me were refunded and still has them as "stolen".
Hi for those of you who have heard about things from a certain cat lady I just want to clear the air About our Tempe Space. Our Tempe Space was going to be turned to an adoption pop up for a set amount of months. Things didn’t work out, and A refund was partially done then when a separate refund was being asked for in full that I wanted to honor, I simply wanted to communicate in adjustment for what I had already refunded. I went through Square and gave them fair evidence and they’re dealing with clients bank based on the evidence, communication and time stamps.
With that being said, the landlords used the situation to end my term at Tempe. I was told by management that no matter what I do they want the space to become retail only. I thought about a fundraiser a go fund me it wouldn’t matter. So it’s the end of an era for me and I do sincerely hope things go well for cat Lady. I just don’t like the story being twisted. So below is the proof.
